The group comprises APT Resources & Services in Bucharest, founded by American and Romanian partners in 1994, and APT International in Fribourg, Switzerland.

Within the group, APT Resources & Services is responsible for the operational and administrative aspects. Most of its employees provide direct services from several service centers to various customers. Staff personnel comprises management, finance, controlling, information technology and, most importantly, human resources including several certified career planners. APT International, Fribourg

APT International is the contractual partner and point of contact for the customers in Western Europe. It is responsible for feasibility assessments, analysis, planning, and the smooth transfer of the operations to APT Resources & Services. Additionally, APT International is in charge of the overall supervision and of the harmonization of services with western customers and assumes major tasks in people development as well as conception and implementation of technical solutions.
