Q. Can I get an employee at 50% per month ?

A. No. The minimum "hiring unit" is 1 person. The contract duration is generally unlimited.

Q. Is APT working in other countries than Romania ?

A. In other countries APT provides consulting and training services but doesn’t currently operate service centers.

Q. In which languages can APT provide services ?

A. APT hires employees in function of the customer's needs. Currently we support for example English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Turkish and various East European languages.

Q. How long does it take get an operational employee ?

A. This depends on the concrete situation. Typically this may take 2 months from the contract signature.

Q. What happens if it turns out after a few months that an employee does not fit our needs?

A. APT provides a replacement free of charge and assumes full responsibility towards the authorities and the employee.
