APT permanently screens the labor market for candidates. Collaboration with electronic job exchanges (APT has also its own site), continuous contacts with various universities and regular participations in job fairs build the basis for more than 800 hirings per year.

Assessment Center

Skills and behavior of the candidates are verified in detail in our assessment center. In addition to basic knowledge and handling of modern IT tools, we also evaluate characteristics of the personality and aspects of the integration into the team.

Methodology

Basis of every recruiting is a precise definition and evaluation of the employee’s profile. APT applies its own methods as well as those of Lominger International.

Follow up

Career consultants accompany the employee beyond the recruitment to assure that his or her development is beneficial to both, the company and the employee and thus to fight attrition.
