We do not operate huge service centers which need a high operation rate, large static infrastructures and lot of personnel. Instead we provide a customized service. We chose flexible solutions with small entities, or even with people working from home.

We rely on state of the art software and telecom technologies, in particular: Voice over IP, Remote Access to the customer's applications, Remote Desktop Connection, VPN at the customer's and at APT's sites.
