Assessable investments

APT's methodology for your team setup in Romania splits into four phases with the possibility to sign off after each one. This makes sure that the investments always remain assessable and the risks are kept low.

How specific is your interest?

Do you have a specific idea? Then start immediately with the Evaluation of Profiles and Locations. If your interest is more general, for example cost reduction, but you don’t have specific areas in mind, begin with an Opportunity Identification workshop.
