Together with you we define the profiles. Then we hire suitable employees, take care of their development and integration and provide the work places. They are now ready to work exclusively for you. And of course we also assume all administrative tasks and initiate the necessary measures to retain them for a long time.

Your benefits

Because your people are employed by APT, we are liable towards authorities and employees, and in case of discrepancies you cannot be hold liable. You limit your controlling to checking one monthly bill and our reporting. You don’t learn to your cost, you gather experience and may create your own company later and take over „your“ employees.
