Standard offer

The standard offer includes more than thirty modules, from languages and communication to time management, from basics of economics and leadership to project management. All employees attend the courses which suit best their tasks.

Special programs

APT has developed special modules to facilitate the integration of the employees into Western companies. Among them are „Working in virtual teams“, „Western business culture“ and „Customer satisfaction“, but also „The Romanian soul“ fort the West European partners.

Infrastructure

APT maintains two training facilities in central positions of Bucharest. Employees also have at free disposal a comprehensive specialist library.

Trainers

The team of trainers comprises professionals in education and West European practitioners with extensive management experience.
